Orders are processed in 24 hour cycles, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations, but please do contact us at support@kardenbeauty.com if you have any issues and we will do our absolute best to get back to you as soon as we can.

Orders typically process in 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package in real time.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information first. If further assistance is needed, contact our support team, and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your mascara and oil, but if you experience any issues, please reach out to us—we’re a small business, and we genuinely care about finding a solution. If you're having trouble with application, we’d be happy to offer guidance and support.
If you still wish to return a product, we offer a two-week return window following a two-week notice period. We’ll provide a return shipping label, with a $5 deduction from the original order applied to help cover shipping costs for orders under $45.00

While we can’t guarantee that our packaging will always arrive in perfect condition, we personally inspect every product before shipping to ensure its quality. If you receive an incorrect order or believe your product is defective, please take a photo and email us at support@kardenbeauty.com within 7 days of purchase so that we may provide a remedy as soon as possible. Please allow us 48 hours for response.
